As 2025 is approaching, on behalf of Sino-Italian Construction Machinery Group, I would like to extend my most sincere respect and affectionate greetings to every colleague who has worked hard and worked hard in the past year, as well as my family members who have always given us infinite care and support! At the same time, we would also like to express our most sincere gratitude and best wishes to the leaders at all levels who have always given us careful guidance, the partners who have worked hand in hand, and friends from all walks of life!

Looking back on 2024, it is like "there will be times to ride the wind and waves, and hang sails directly to help the sea." This year, we have witnessed the changes in the global economy and experienced the ups and downs of the market environment. In the face of the downward trend of the industry, the Group has made structural adjustments and effectively reorganized its assets. All employees of the Group have maintained their determination and faced difficulties with the tenacity of "holding firm on the mountain and never letting go", ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

We have actively adjusted our strategies and firmly adhered to the development strategy of "consolidating the advantages of traditional industries and realizing product transformation and upgrading". We have continued to advance towards high-efficiency drainage pipe production equipment and continued to expand in concrete pipe culvert components and equipment. This year we have developed 9500*4880*700/600 special-shaped box culverts for the Shanghai market. Molds, Nanjing Jianning West Road 11350*7500 special-shaped box culvert mold, and the development of 9710 arc-shaped molds for the Guangzhou market. With a high sense of responsibility and mission, we respond to market changes and needs, and win the trust of customers and market recognition, allowing us to gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition.

We actively serve our customers and are always customer-centered. We closely follow the pace of customer business transformation and changes in demand structure, give full play to our role as a supplier of pipe making equipment and overall equipment solutions, and be a loyal partner and core supplier of our customers to maximize the interests of our customers. We actively leveraged our advantages as an overall supplier of a complete set of equipment, integrated customer resources, organized a box culvert technical regulations standard meeting to be held in Yanbian Hengyuan on June 16, 2024, and participated in the meeting review as the main drafter of the standard.

2025The picture of the new year is slowly unfolding, and a new journey has been paved. Our goals are clearer and our steps are firmer. In the new year, we will continue to adhere to the corporate philosophy of "refinement, integration, innovation", stay true to our original aspirations, forge ahead, continue to provide customers with intelligent and excellent products, sincere and enthusiastic high-quality services, and be the best overall solution provider for concrete pipe making equipment and Gaorui pipe and culvert equipment. We must also strengthen team building, stimulate organizational vitality, and ensure the full completion of annual budget targets; strengthen corporate management, optimize production quality, and enable the company to move steadily towards higher-quality development goals.
