Before checking the start-up control system of the project, the equipment manufacturer of the concrete mixing station should base on the following eight aspects: whether the limit switch is normal, whether there is an alarm on the operating interface of the computer; start inclined belt, flat belt; start mixing station; start mixing station source air compressor pressure of 0.7MPa to meet the surrounding pressure; prohibit automatic production of concrete switches, "prohibited tools" The operation table of the concrete mixing station control system is "manual" switched to "automatic"; then the emergency stop button switch is turned on, and then the normal UPS is displayed through the manual console power supply, PLC and instrument power supply, and the computer check is turned on.

The control console of the concrete mixing station stops switching, the key switch is closed, the wiring rack in the console is in OFF state, and the power switch on the main cabinet is closed without any load (under load, when the power switch closes, the cabinet may collapse).

Special attention should be paid to the self-inspection of the control system of concrete mixing station: the operation of the mixed control system is not skilled, please strictly follow the following steps. Ensure that the computer input signal is normal. Open the silo floor valve, admixture, feed valve, pump and intake valve aggregate storage bin full of materials, empty the main machine, each object in the middle of the need for careful inspection.

Replacement steps of vulnerable parts in control system of concrete mixing station

             

The material of mixing blade and lining board is wear-resistant cast iron. Its service life is usually 5-60,000 cans. Please replace the parts according to the instructions.

1. Conveyor belts are prone to aging or damage due to bad load and use conditions. If it affects production, it needs to be replaced.

2. After the sealing strip of the unloading door of the main engine is worn out, the upward displacement compensation of the unloading door can be adjusted. If the adjusting unloading door hopper can not press the seal tightly and solve the leakage problems such as slurry leakage, it shows that the seal strip is worn seriously and must be replaced.

3. If the filter element in the dust collector of powder tank is cleaned up, the effect of dust removal is still not good, the filter element in the dust collector must be replaced.

In winter construction of concrete mixing plant equipment, attention should be paid to:

1. The lubricating oil for reducer and air compressor should be replaced in winter.

2. The heat preservation or heating and freeze-proof of liquid material storage and transportation equipment. Such as: water tank, water pipe, water scale, water pump; additive anti-crystallization, air compressor drainage, air filter drainage, solenoid valve heating, etc.

3. The unloading door of mixer should be placed in the open position at the end of the previous shift.

4. All parts of the equipment should be run empty before running.

5. As long as the equipment starts to run normally in winter, there will be no effect of low temperature. However, in low temperature (windy) areas, it is necessary to heat (hot water, steam) tanks and sand silos to ensure concrete outlet temperature (injection temperature > 5 degree C).
