What are the steps of the concrete mixing station for daily maintenance?

Daily maintenance of concrete mixing station:

1. Before the start of each shift, the operator should check the oil quantity of the reducer of the main mixer, the oil pump quantity of the unloading gate, the oil quantity of the shaft head of the mixing shaft (which should be more than 1/2), whether the lubricating oil quantity is satisfied, whether the pressure is normal, whether the oil pipes and joints are cracked or dropped, whether the lubricating points of the belt conveyor, screw conveyor and other parts are checked, and add lubricating grease.

2. Check whether there is metal in the mixer, whether there is loosening of fixed bolts such as blades, liners, etc.?

3. Turn on the main power supply turn on the control power switch turn on the purification power switch turn on the PLC power switch. Close the switch of industrial control power supply initiate the monitoring program, and check whether the monitoring indicators in the monitoring box are out of order (oil volume, oil temperature, lubrication sleeve motor working condition).

4. No-load initiation mixer belt conveyor working 10 minutes idle temperature and check whether the work is normal, there is no noise, belt deviation and cracking (if found out abnormal immediately tell the maintenance worker to clean).

5. Launch the air compressor, check whether the work is normal, whether there is air leakage, air pressure should be maintained at 0.55-0.7 Mpa, concrete arch pressure should be 0.02 Mpa.

6. Check the water supply system, liquid admixture system, normal pipeline dredging, and no leakage. The amount of liquid in the tank and liquid admixture tank is satisfied.

7. Check the unloading doors and solenoid valves everywhere. Is the opening and closing of the cylinder normal, and is the signal circuit working normally?

8. The screw conveyor is operated manually to check whether the work is normal. Add grease.

9. Stop the start-up and half-way shutdown with load. If power failure and other unexpected events occur, turn off the total power supply, open the discharging door of the mixer immediately, release and remove the materials in the cylinder to prevent agglomeration. Once again, we should start from scratch according to "1".

10. The production interval of the main engine is 3 hours, and the maximum is not more than 4 hours. It is necessary to wash out the main engine once with water. Pump the produced water into the main engine, stir and roll for 3 minutes to control, release the scouring water and continue to produce.

11. It is necessary to use high-pressure water gun to assist scouring besides stirring the main machine when producing high-grade concrete above C40 in succession.

12. Host production work more than 12 hours, the longest not more than 24 hours, it is necessary to shut down the auxiliary worker to thoroughly clean up the inside of the host and the parts of the gate shaft.
