VerticalRadial extrusion pipe making machineThe working principle of the pipe machine is as follows: using the rotation of the main shaft of the pipe machine, the dry hard concrete is squeezed through the hydraulic head to produce cement concrete pipes and reinforced concrete pipes in an axially forming manner. The main shaft of the pipe machine drives the hydraulic head to extend into the pipe mold for rotation, and the dry hard concrete is thrown to the inner wall of the pipe mold. Under the action of the hydraulic head, the concrete is compacted, smoothed, and lifted along with the main shaft to form the pipe wall.

1. The operation is simple and convenient, using electro-hydraulic control and a stable control panel to complete various mechanical actions.

3. The mechanical noise is low. After testing by the testing department, the loudest noise is below 75 decibels when the machinery is working, which is lower than the production noise of the centrifuge.
4. High production efficiency and low labor intensity. It only takes 2-5 minutes to produce any diameter pipe from Φ300 to 1200. The overall demoulding method is adopted, and the assembly and disassembly of the mold is simple, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.
