1. Pre-sales service
1. Introduce the company status, product technology;
2. Provide customers with construction technical consultation and analyze and resolve doubts;
3. Guide customers to choose products according to their needs.
2. Sales service
1. Track contracts and organize various departments to review contracts;
2. If the contract is unclear or issues require negotiation between both parties, we will be responsible for solving them;
3. According to the contract requirements, track production and shipment, and track the production status of each outsourcing component.
3. After-sales service
1. According to the contract, provide users with guidance on installation and debugging of equipment on time;
2. On-site training to guide customers in standard operation and use;
3. Responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints about product quality and service quality;
4. During the warranty period, irregular follow-up inspections will be carried out and dynamic management will be implemented;
5. During the warranty period, if it is a quality problem with our products, we will be responsible for the warranty and replacement;
6. Responsible for the training of service personnel to continuously improve the overall quality of service personnel.
7. Provide customers with product fault call dispatch, business consultation, customer complaints, suggestions and other services 24 hours a day.
