6. Butterfly valves, mixers, solenoid valves, air filters and oil mists shall be protected and maintained in accordance with relevant instructions.

II. Protection and Maintenance of the Total Supply System

1. Every shift should check before no-load of belt conveyor. Fine-processed parts such as sundries and mud, screw tightening, belt deviation adjustment and rolling parts should be sensitive.

2. Electric drums change oil regularly according to the instructions.

3. After six months of use, inspect and replenish rolling parts, bearings, greases and so on, and replace all the oil next year.

4. Frequently check the cleaning machine, adjust the scraping, close to the belt direction, to ensure that the material is normal.

Protection and maintenance of measurement system

1. Every shift should check and adjust the measuring bucket of each soft interface, adhere to the looseness of length, and ensure the accuracy of measurement.

2. After shutdown in winter, the water supply system and additives supply all water discharges.

3. If the mixing pump is banned seasonally, the brush should be backwashed in order to avoid pipeline and pump additives precipitation, stickiness or solvent-free.

Protection and Maintenance of Mixing System

1. Whether the sealing chamber, distributor inlet and outlet and sealing pipe are smooth, whether they are filled with smooth grease, whether each smooth point and reducer conform to smooth oil (grease).

2. When the grease in the storage tank of the electric lubricating oil pump is exhausted, close and use it, fill it up in time, and no oil-free operation is allowed.

3. In each succession, the material accumulation in the mixing tank, the door and the discharge gate should be completed, and the adhesives in the cleaning net should be cut off.

4. In order to avoid the blade falling off accident, the mixing blade must be adjusted once a week.

V. Protection and Maintenance of Powder Feeding System

1. Every week, the dust removal equipment on the top of the cement reservoir oscillates and oscillates repeatedly. The dust removal bag (filter rod) sticks to the dust clearly to ensure the clear operation of the gas.

2. The wall of the feeding pipe conveyor and the outlet of the screw conveyor must be cleaned up once a week to avoid the hard caking and the shortage of sundries, cards and materials.

3. Don't use it for a long time. It is necessary to screw the screw out of the screw machine.

4. It is necessary to inject grease into the head bearing and middle bearing of screw conveyor every four hours (fat-free WAM screw machine). In the future, the grease will be replaced every year for the first 500-hour tail transmission oil.
