3. It is strictly forbidden to bump the cylinder and piston rod (whether during work or placement and transportation);
4. When connecting the drill pipe, the thread must be tightened firmly and there must not be any looseness;
5. After the construction is completed, all parts of the pipe jacking machine must be wiped clean, and the guide rod and the spiral part of the drill pipe must be well oiled for reuse.
The pipe jacking machine drives the small gear through the planetary reducer, and then drives the large gear located in the center. The large gear is connected to the main shaft and rollers. A cutterhead is installed on the left end of the spindle. In this way, as long as the cutterhead driving motor rotates, the cutterhead will also rotate, and at the same time, the roller will also rotate to complete the work task.
