Pay attention to the construction process of pipe jacking concrete precast components

Pipe jacking machine construction is a project that requires high design and construction accuracy. The settings of the working pit and the receiving pit must not only meet the rigid requirements of design and construction, but also consider the following factors to ensure high-quality acceptance of the construction.

On the premise of not violating relevant electrical industry regulations, the pipe jacking machine should appropriately adjust the distance between the working pit, receiving pit construction equipment and other equipment and the overhead power lines.

In order to avoid the impact of construction disturbance, the working pit and receiving pit should be kept away from underground pipelines or buildings. If necessary, measures should be taken for technical protection.

Considering safety issues, the working pit and receiving pit of the pipe jacking machine should not be located under large population flows or under high-voltage lines.

During the pipe jacking construction process, the equipment inside the pipe jacking machine working pit and receiving pit, such as jacking machines, oil pump stations, etc., must be installed, maintained and maintained in strict accordance with the design requirements.

Pipe jacking machines are used to lay electricity, communications, gas and water pipelines. The diameter, length and material range of pipe laying are wide, mainly including PE pipe laying and steel pipe laying. The main structure of the pipe jacking machine consists of four parts. The hydraulic pump station is equipped with a diesel engine pump station and an electric motor pump station respectively. The main power uses an electric starting device, which solves the difficulty of using electricity in field construction. 

Precautions for using the concrete precast component pipe jacking machine:

1. When using a pipe jacking machine, construction workers should observe the operation of the machine and whether obstacles are encountered during pipe jacking at any time. If there is any accident, they should handle it immediately and appropriately;

2. During the construction process of the pipe jacking machine, the hydraulic pump station must use high-quality hydraulic oil and keep it absolutely clean;

3. It is strictly forbidden to bump the cylinder and piston rod (whether during work or placement and transportation);

4. When connecting the drill pipe, the thread must be tightened firmly and there must not be any looseness;

5. After the construction is completed, all parts of the pipe jacking machine must be wiped clean, and the guide rod and the spiral part of the drill pipe must be well oiled for reuse. 

The pipe jacking machine drives the small gear through the planetary reducer, and then drives the large gear located in the center. The large gear is connected to the main shaft and rollers. A cutterhead is installed on the left end of the spindle. In this way, as long as the cutterhead driving motor rotates, the cutterhead will also rotate, and at the same time, the roller will also rotate to complete the work task.
