As we all know, concrete mixing stations operate in the open air and are exposed to wind, sun and rain all year round. Regular repair and maintenance can extend the service life of the equipment. Below, I will introduce to you the aspects to start with when maintaining the concrete mixing station system.

During each shift of the concrete mixing station, the accumulated material inside and outside the mixing drum, discharge door, etc. must be cleaned and rinsed with water. The adhesive material that is not rinsed clean must be chipped off regularly. The mixing blades must be adjusted and tightened once a week to prevent accidents caused by blade falling off.

Every shift of the concrete mixing plant, check whether the shaft end sealing chamber, distributor inlet and outlet and sealing pipeline are smooth, whether they are filled with grease, and whether there is enough lubricating oil (grease) in each lubrication point and the reduction box. Observe whether the grease in the oil storage tank of the electric lubrication pump is used up every shift. When it is almost used up, it must be filled up in time. Oil-free operation is not allowed. 

A concrete mixing plant is a machine that mixes cement, sand aggregate and water and mixes them into a concrete mixture. It is mainly composed of mixing barrel, feeding and unloading mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame and support device. According to the nature of the work, it is divided into batch type (batch type) and continuous type; according to the mixing principle, it is divided into self-lowering type and forced type; fixed type and mobile type according to the installation method; according to the discharge mode, inclined type and non-inclined type; according to the structure of the mixing tube, it is divided into pear type, drum type, double cone type, disc vertical axis type and circular groove type horizontal axis type.

Before starting the concrete mixing plant, please check whether there are any abnormalities in the various systems of the equipment. If abnormalities are found, they should be dealt with promptly. Do not force the machine to cause greater damage to the mobile concrete batching plant.

During the normal operation of the concrete mixing plant, it is necessary to frequently check whether the motor temperature of the mixing host is too high, and whether the air pump, oil pipes and pipes of each system are leaking. If the above phenomenon occurs, please stop the process.

After the production is completed, the conveying pipeline part of the mobile concrete mixing station should be cleaned to avoid concrete remaining in the pipeline, causing pipeline blockage or losses caused by concrete corrosion of the pipeline. When closing the mobile concrete mixing plant, the waste water from the cleaning equipment should be drained first to avoid corrosion of the mobile concrete mixing plant.
