1. Unweighed readings of small concrete batching plants.

This kind of fault is generally more common, and the weighing value is zero. No matter whether the above exists or not, the weighing value is always zero.

Main reasons and solutions

A. Sensor damage: When there is raw material on the sensor, detect the voltage value of the sensor output signal line. If the two values ​​are the same, the sensor is damaged, if there is a significant difference between the two values, the sensor is working properly. According to the output signal of the sensor detected in the figure below, the working principles and boundary modes of sensors of different brands are roughly the same. The figure below shows the wiring principle of a six-wire sensor.

B. There is a short circuit on the line: If the sensor is not damaged, the following line can be checked by observing whether the line is damaged or cut along the sensing line (when installing a small concrete mixing station).

C. Signal transmitter failure: After eliminating the above two reasons, we check the signal transmitter. Its detection method is basically the same as that of the sensor to detect whether its output signal has a voltage signal and whether its value changes when the weight changes.

D. The junction box does not have good contact: This is mainly due to the fact that the wire heads are not firmly connected during wiring.

In order to prevent unnecessary accidents due to high temperatures in summer, attention should be paid to the power supply of concrete mixing stations. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the power management of concrete mixing plants. So, how to strengthen the management of power supply?

1. Electrician installation.

When installing a concrete mixing station, the electrical lines should be set up, and the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment should be undertaken by qualified electricians, and should be installed reasonably in accordance with electrical design specifications and procedures. Use electric heaters and various electrical equipment, assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for their use and management, and cut off the power supply when leaving.

2. Strengthen the training and management of safety knowledge.

Temporary power lines should be set up according to the specifications for fixed power. The power cord should be installed in a concealed device, and the power cord should be installed in a safe place to avoid being bumped, run over or hung up. It is strictly prohibited to use electric stoves and various electric heating appliances for heating and cooking.

3. Carry out irregular inspections.

It is necessary to check the wires and electrical equipment of the concrete mixing station frequently, and repair or replace them immediately if any short circuit, spark, heat or poor insulation is found. It is prohibited to use unqualified fuses, and it is not allowed to use copper wire, iron wire, or aluminum wire instead of fuses. Power cords for electrical equipment must not exceed the safe load.
