Belt deviation phenomenon:
During the operation of no-load or load, the belt conveyor will deviation to one side or run to the left and right for a while, causing abnormal wear and damage of leakage equipment, reducing productivity, and affecting the normal operation of the entire equipment.
Analysis of the causes of belt deviation in belt conveyors:
The resultant force of the external force on the tape in the width direction of the tape is not zero or the tensile stress perpendicular to the width direction of the tape is uneven. Since there are many factors that cause the tape to deviate, the deviation of the tape should be dealt with from the aspects of the design, manufacturing, equipment, debugging, use and maintenance of the conveyor. For example, the tightness of the tape on both sides is different, the unevenness of the tape on both sides is different, and the equipment such as roller brackets are not equipped with a straight cross-section in the direction of the belt running, etc. will cause the belt to deviate.

Debugging of the water supply system of the concrete mixing station:
① First, click to check whether the rotation direction of the water pump motor is correct. If it is not correct, change the motor wiring, and then twitch the water suction pipe a few times, and the water pump will be able to supply water normally.
②Recheck the water supply accuracy. If the user has doubts about the water supply accuracy, he can recheck it.
a. Prepare a wooden barrel. Remove one end of the rubber hose connected to the water inlet pipe of the hydrogen mixing drum and place it in the wooden barrel. b. Set the time relay to a certain time, start the water pump and when it reaches the predetermined time, the water pump will supply water intermittently to see the water supply volume.
c. Weigh the amount of water in the bucket to see if it is the same as the predetermined value. If the repeatability error exceeds ±2%, check the water absorption status of the water pump based on the actual situation to see if it is blocked or leaking until the water supply of the water pump is stable. If there is a stable error in the retest results. The regulating valve can be turned to adjust and debug the water supply system of the mixer.
