Prefabricated reinforced concrete structure is a reinforced concrete structure that is mainly composed of reinforced precast concrete components and is assembled, connected and partially cast in place. Compared with traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete components, precast concrete components can speed up construction through standardized production and mechanized construction, ensure project quality, significantly reduce construction waste, dust and wastewater emissions, reduce construction noise, and truly be green and environmentally friendly.
The external wall insulation system mainly consists of the base layer (reinforced concrete wall), bonding layer (bonding mortar), insulation layer, plastering layer (alkali-resistant mesh cloth + plastering glue + anchor bolts), and facing layer. It can effectively avoid thermal and cold bridges in buildings and has become the most widely used thermal insulation system.
Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of the exterior wall insulation system should not be less than 25 years [1]. However, in actual use, accidents of the insulation layer falling off are common. Therefore, the safety of the external wall insulation thin plastering system is particularly important. There are many factors that affect safety. Take the EPS exterior wall insulation and thin plastering system as an example.

The use of precast concrete components is becoming more and more widespread, but in order to extend its work efficiency and time, some measures are generally adopted in the proportion design.
Incorporating Class I fly ash with the same color into the concrete can not only reduce air bubbles in the precast concrete components produced by the precast concrete component manufacturer, but also the "morphological effect" of the fly ash and the high-efficiency water-reducing agent can improve the fluidity of the mixture, making it easy for the concrete to evenly cover the entire formwork, and the surface will appear denser, giving a delicate and touching texture.
Use a non-air-entraining water-reducing agent and compound a defoaming agent to reduce the air content of the mixture. An effective defoaming agent can not only burst the bubbles quickly, but also prevent the regeneration of bubbles for a long time.
Strictly control the water-cement ratio of concrete. On the premise of satisfying cement hydration and improving construction workability, the water-cement ratio should be reduced as much as possible to improve the compactness, durability and smoothness of concrete.
