Small concrete mixing plants have many advantages in use and are more convenient to move. Even so, there are still many things to pay attention to when using small concrete mixing plants:
When starting to use a small concrete mixing plant, check all components and systems of a new small concrete mixer, follow the operating instructions and then put it into use. Then start the machine without any material to check the rotation of the drum and blades. Confirm that each device is functioning properly.
After starting the small concrete mixing station, you should ensure that the drum reaches normal speed and master the time for loading materials and adding water. To add new material, the main concrete should be unloaded. Do not leave the machine halfway or running at full capacity. During work, ensure that sand and gravel do not fall into mechanical parts to avoid breakage. If problems are found during work, please cut off the power supply first. The concrete is then removed from the drum and trimmed.

Generally, there are five main reasons why the main motor of the concrete mixing station does not start:
1. The air compressor does not start or the air supply system pressure is not reached.
2. The emergency stop switch on the operating table has not been reset.
3. The maintenance protection switch of the mixing host and the keyed emergency stop switch on the host are not turned on.
4. The host power switch is not turned on.
5. The host stop signal must be reset.
