Whether to repair or replace depends on the situation.

A properly functioning mixing station requires a comprehensive inspection every day, especially for these mechanical components. Check for wear, proper operation, etc. Wearing parts must be replaced regularly or according to the length of use. This includes the lining plates, blades, conveyor belts, idlers, host belts, scrapers, etc. in the mixing host. These need to be stocked as common accessories.

Electrical problems generally have obvious fault symptoms. For example, if the thermal relay of a motor trips, then the motor will definitely not be able to rotate, and certain raw materials will naturally not be fed. Therefore, if you encounter this type of problem, just go directly to the electrical control cabinet to find the relay circuit that controls it.

Generally speaking, when encountering an electrical fault, the first thing to do is to observe whether the circuit is connected, and use a multimeter to directly measure whether the voltage of the circuit is normal. Electrical failures are most often caused by a damaged component. Therefore, spare parts such as thermal relays and intermediate relays that work at high frequencies should be kept in reserve.
