What problems must be avoided during the production process of concrete mixing plants?

Be sure to stay away from these problems during the production process of concrete mixing stations!

1. Dust In the production process, a large amount of dust will be generated due to the mechanical transportation of solid materials, open-air operations of various materials, vehicle transportation, and when cement is put into tanks. Operators who work in a dusty environment for a long time will be injured by dust, leading to the occurrence of occupational diseases.

2. Objects hit large-scale, long-distance mechanical equipment, which has many exposed moving parts and is prone to mechanical injuries. During installation, operation, and maintenance, if the fast moving parts, swing parts, meshing parts, etc. of some equipment lack good protective facilities, they may injure the operators' hands, feet, hair, and body parts. If operators are not equipped with and do not wear necessary labor protection equipment correctly, mechanical injuries may occur. Various types of pumps or other equipment with transmission devices may also cause mechanical damage if the protective facilities are insufficient or damaged.

3. Lifting injuries Such accidents may occur during the installation, maintenance, and use of the lifting equipment intended to be used during installation and production.

4. Vehicle Injury The loading, unloading, installation, and transportation of raw and auxiliary materials, finished products, equipment, etc. require the use of various motor vehicles. Due to defects in factory roads, material loading, unloading, driving, vehicle and driver management, vehicle injury accidents may occur.

5. Falls from high altitudes Many high-altitude operating platforms set up for production needs are improperly set up, which can easily cause falling accidents. Secondly, mechanical and electrical equipment placed at high altitudes during the production process may cause falling accidents for workers at high altitudes during normal production inspections and maintenance if the workers are unwell, inattentive, or violate operating procedures.

6. Burning (high temperature burning) The temperature of machinery, vehicle moving parts, and welded parts is relatively high. If the human body accidentally comes into contact with high-temperature materials and the surface of high-temperature container devices, it is likely to cause burns; high-temperature equipment without protective facilities or the insulation layer is peeled off and damaged may also cause burns; if protective equipment is not worn as required or incorrectly, and the human body touches the surface of high-temperature equipment during work, it may also cause burns.

7. Electrical shock accidents may occur due to the use of electrical facilities (such as mixers, raw material lifting, belt conveyors, air compressors, power transformation and distribution facilities, etc.), design defects, aging or damaged insulation of electrical facilities, lack of grounding (zero connection) protection facilities or damage, illegal operations, and improper protective measures. If the operating personnel in the power distribution room are not trained, lack the knowledge of safe use of electricity, and operate in violation of regulations, which may lead to electric shock accidents and other safety production accidents. Improper selection and mismatching of power supply equipment may lead to electric shocks and other production safety accidents. Working under high-voltage lines is prone to electric shock.
